Full of charm and character with a beach rated no. 3 in ‘Britains Best Beaches’, Frinton is a small seaside town where everything is within walking distance.

There is an excellent Golf Club, as well as a Tennis Club. There are good restaurants and shops as well as the famous Frinton Summer Theatre.

The apartment was renovated in 2016 and has two double bedrooms, one with a single sofa bed and one with an ensuite. A large lounge/diner, family bathroom with bath and shower and new bespoke kitchen with all integrated units.

At one end of the road are the sandy beaches lined by beach huts, and at the other end are Frinton’s interesting and varied shops and restaurants.

A beach hut is offered free of charge outside the season, when available. Also available for rent.
